The services that are included in the price

In the same way, the weekly cleaning of the room, the use of the kitchen facilities and their utensils or the space for the storage of both food and utensils are included. The common areas are cleaned every day. 

In addition, we have highly valued facilities, such as the living room with television, the study and computer area, as well as the terrace-solarium. On the other hand, we want to emphasize that there is Internet access throughout the building and that we also include free calls through a landline, thanks to a personal code that will be provided to you on the first day. 

Also, if you want to opt for half board, remember that breakfast and dinner are included in the price. Of course, the use of the kitchen is free. You can opt for full board in which you will be guaranteed the main meals. What’s more, if you are not in the facilities, the cook will leave the prepared food in a tupper. 

Finally, the consumption of water and electricity is included in the price. Thus, there will be no surprises when making payments at the end of the month. 

Optional services 

There is also the possibility of hiring optional services, which can be adapted to any personal circumstance. These services are: 

– Vending machines for drinks, coffees and snacks. 

– Bed sets and towels. Thus, you will not have to load them from your place of origin at the beginning of your stay. Weekly supply and change of these elements. 

– Laundry (washer and dryer that are activated with coins). You will not have to worry about washing clothes, much less about drying them.
