In addition, we enjoy a privileged location, as the student residence is very close to Bellaterra and has a wide variety of public transport that connects with the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

We are equipped with modern home automation installations throughout the building to cover all the routine functions of access doors, shutters, air conditioning, lighting, etc. This system provides a more comfortable and independent daily life for our students. A system of cameras to control the entrance and the common interior areas guarantees security at all times during the accommodation of the residents, always respecting their privacy.
