The building is modern and equipped with the latest technology like domotics. We can accommodate up to 36 students in 18 rooms (the rooms might also be used in an single basis). We offer the flexibility necessary according to the needs of each student.

Student’s Residence have a very convenient location: located just opposite of the train station “Can Feu-Gràcia” of Ferrocarrils de La Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC), that links Sabadell with Barcelona. just 6 minutes away from UAB University – Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and 50 m away from local bus stop.
