Everything that comes after the Catalonia 2025 University Entrance Exam: grades, claims and pre-enrolment

The Catalonia 2025 selectivity has already ended and, after a few days of effort and tension, the time has come to find out what happens now. If you have taken the exam this year or you have someone close to you who has, you are surely wondering when the grades come out, how the claim process works  and what to take into account for university pre-enrolment.

When are the grades of the Selectivitat Catalunya published?

The provisional grades for the Catalonia 2025 university entrance exam will be published on 25 June. You can consult them through the University Access Portal, accessing with your personal code.

It is important  to keep the proof of enrolment, as you will need it to access it. You will also be able to see the details of each subject and the weighted average grade.

Can I complain if I don’t agree with a note?

Yes. If you consider that any of your tests have been poorly assessed, you have the right to submit a revision or double correction. There are two types of claim:

  • Simple review, where the calculation is reviewed and all parts are corrected.
  • Double correction, where another corrector re-evaluates the exam from scratch.

Bear in mind that, in the case of double correction, the new grade may be higher or lower than the previous one. Therefore, it is important to assess whether it compensates you.

When and how is university pre-enrolment done?

Once the final grades have been published, the university pre-enrolment period opens. In this procedure, you will have to indicate your preferences for bachelor’s degrees and universities, ordered by priority.

University pre-enrolment will take place between 3 and 30 June.

It is essential to be well informed about the cut-off marks of  recent years and to be strategic when ordering the options.

What happens if I don’t enter the first assignment?

If you do not get a place in your first option, you can be on the waiting list. You can also participate in the reassignments of places, which are published during the summer. It is important to keep an eye on the email and the portal, as the deadlines for accepting the place are often short.

What if I don’t pass the University Entrance Exam?

If you have not reached the minimum to access university, all is not lost. Can you:

  • Reapply for the extraordinary call in September.
  • Opt for higher level vocational training.
  • Evaluate other access routes later.
